Charlotte Adcock, age 92, of Doddridge, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, February 26, 2023 at her residence. She was born December 4, 1930 in Ravenna, Ohio to Peter and Rachael Blazvick. Charlotte was a member of St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church and a retired hairdresser. She loved her dog, Abby, and enjoyed working on the farm, baking and was a very talented artist, but her family brought her the most joy.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gene Adcock; brother, Rodman Blazvick; sisters, Audrey Hall, Phyllis Richards, Gloria Lichtenberg; grandson, James McGhee; sons in law, David Bruce, Richard Wilson; and her parents.
She is survived by one son, William Adcock and wife Suzy of Shreveport, Louisiana; two daughters, Ara Bruce of Doddridge, Arkansas, June Wilson of Shreveport, Louisiana; brother, Pete Blazvick and wife Sue of Cambridge, Ohio; six grandchildren, Dawn Fettig, Scott Woodard and wife Jennifer, Jennifer Thomas and husband Jeff, Zach Wilson and wife Hannah, Billy Adcock and wife Crystal, Liz Sims and husband Michael; twenty two great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; special niece, Mary Kay Hicks and husband Stanley; and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00, Saturday, March 4, 2023 at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, 309 N. Louise St. Atlanta, Texas 7551, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday, March 3, 2023 at Hanner Funeral Service, with a short Rosary at 6:00 pm.
Interment will be in Olive Branch Cemetery, 2675 AR 160, Doddridge, AR 71834.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children Hospital, EWTN or the charity of your choice.
