Patty Gilliam, age 81, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 5, 2023 in a local hospital. She was born December 22, 1941 in Eldorado, Arkansas to O’Dell and Beulah Conatser. Patty attended Cornerstone Assembly of God Church and was a member of the “WOW” women. She enjoyed crafting, traveling and adored her family and animals.
Patty is preceded in death by her husband, James Gilliam; son, Tony Cook; grandson, Mason Lightfoot; brother, Travis Conatser; and her parents.
She is survived by one son, Royce Cook and Lisa of Madison, Florida; daughter, Terri Ray and husband Steve of Atlanta, Texas; brother, Jim Conatser and wife Cathy of Haynesville, Louisiana; three grandchildren, Morgan Ray, Jason Cook, Nikki Cook; one great granddaughter, Zoe Lightfoot; a number of other family and friends, and her furbaby, Cricket.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Cornerstone Assembly of God, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with Bro. Richard T. Wade, Bro. Josh Lee and Bro. Tony Roberts officiating.
A time of visitation will be held for the friends and family from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, before the service.
