Robert Lowis Barr, born June 4, 1936, in Florence SC, passed from this life on July 14, 2023, at his home in Queen City TX. He was 87 years old.
Robert is preceded in death by parents Lonzo Barr and Ella May Duke; stepbrothers Nat Powers and Jerome Powers; and stepsister Erline Powers. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Ann (Luce) Barr of Queen City TX; son William “Billy Bob” Barr and wife Stephanie of Bloomburg TX; grandchildren Blake Barr, Sunni Clements, and Sarah Lilley; and great-grandchildren Emily, Cuz, Barr, Shep, Willie, Linie, and Calvin.
Mr. Barr is being cremated under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
