Atlanta ISD cares about the health and well-being of our students, and that’s why we’re having a Student Immunization Clinic on Aug. 11 from 1-3 p.m. at Atlanta Primary School.
This clinic is a fantastic opportunity to ensure your child is up-to-date on essential vaccinations before the new school year begins.
- Pre-K/Kindergartners (if vaccines not up-to-date): DTaP, Polio (IPV), MMR, Varicella, possibly Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hib, PCV (please check with school nurse)
- 7th Graders: MCV4 (meningitis), Tdap (booster tetanus) required; HPV optional
All insurance policies will be verified. Please sign with the link if you plan to participate. If you plan to pay out of pocket, please submit your info and put “NA” in all insurance blanks. No insurance: $10/shot up to 18 years old, 19+ – self-pay adult prices
