John Paul Trim, Obit

John Paul Trim, Obit

John Paul was born to Frances Pete Trim and Mary Blocker Wise on the banks of the Red River. He spent 3 years in the Army as a demolition combat engineer. He worked most of his life in the construction and pipelines as a pipe welder.

John Paul loved hunting, camping and fishing. He is probably fishing with his best buddy Phil Harrell right now. As much as he loved his hobbies, John Paul said that the only thing he was ever addicted to was his wife.

John Paul and LeAnn were married for 40 years. Their marriage was a journey full of adventure and laughter, LOTS of laughter.

He left this earth on January 10, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frances Pete Trim and Mary Blocker Wise; son, Johnny Trim; brother, Huck Trim and one sister, Paula Trim.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 40 years, LeAnn Trim; son, Joshua Trim (Chia); daughter, Johnetta Hightower (Ken); two brothers, Clark Trim (Henrick), Steve Trim (Angela); sister, Regina Pope; 3 grandchildren, Jody, Haellie, Abbie; 2 great-grandchildren, Addison and Levi; lots of friends, and many hunting and fishing buddies, and his fur buddy, Cooper.
