My team and I have been in close contact with local officials, state agencies, and electric delivery companies to ensure federal support of local efforts. Amid rising temperatures, several communities have opened cooling centers for East Texans in need of a place to escape the heat. An updated list of cooling centers is available by clicking HERE.
