Parents/Guardians of sixth through ninth graders are invited to a special preview event on Monday, August 28, at 5:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the new health curriculum, ESTEEM, that will be introduced for students in grades 6-9.
The ESTEEM curriculum covers important but sensitive topics related to adolescent development, relationships and health. We believe it is valuable for students to receive comprehensive, age-appropriate education on these matters. However, we also understand these topics require a thoughtful introduction.
