Lee Wayne Wommack, born January 2, 1946, in Naples TX, passed from this life on September 6, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family in Queen City TX.
Wayne is preceded in death by his parents Meryl L. “Jack” Wommack and Margie Louise (Moore) Wommack; son Lee Wayne Wommack Jr; and brother James Estes “Bogie” Wommack.
He is survived by son Scott Wommack of Queen City TX; daughter Karen Ream and husband Ron of Atlanta TX; brothers Shorty Morgan of Atlanta TX and Donnie Wommack of Queen City TX; grandchildren Erika Wommack, Travis Ream and wife Anna, and Ryan Ream and wife Lizzie; special friend Jerry Smith of Queen City TX; and numerous other relatives and dear friends.
A visitation for Wayne’s family and friends will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 9:00am-10:00am at Queen City Funeral Home in Queen City TX. Immediately following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at Courtland Cemetery in Queen City TX. Interment will follow
