Sealy always had a smile and we would say she was talking with the angels. Music was a big part of Sealy’s life since she was legally blind. We always tried to make sure she had music playing….any and all kinds. Sealy was a true blessing.
January 31, 1991 at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston, Texas, her entrance into this world 32 years ago was a glimpse of God’s grace. Sealy was a twin, but her sister did not survive. She would continue to bless the lives of those who were around her. Our angel’s purpose during her visit on Earth was being a beacon of joy to her loved ones and a lesson in compassion.
Sealy is survived by her mother and father, Benjamin (Sam) and Stephanie Garcia Baker, her sister Jamie Morgan and fiancée Collan Hunt; Aunt Sylvia & Uncle Ralph Yanez; Aunt Connie Smith and husband Scott, Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Noelle Sill ; cousins Jessica Stewart and husband Randy and son Maverick; Capt. Samuel Yanez and wife Jenny; Joseph Yanez; Morgan Granger and husband Darrian and sons Dorian & Daxton; as well as 2 nieces and 4 nephews.
Sealy went to her forever home with The Lord on Sunday, December 10th, 2023, where she will be walking, running, singing and dancing.
To know our beautiful girl was to love her and to be loved. She will forever be our “little woman”.
She is preceded in death by her twin sister, her great-grandmother Josephine Flores Garcia, her “Gran” Mary-Lou and Grandpa Carl Conner, and her uncles Candelario B. “Spider” Garcia Jr, and Manuel Flores, Robert Garcia, and Billy “Pico” Flores.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
