Ethelene Crow Henry, age 91, of Texarkana, Texas, formerly of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 18, 2024, in a Texarkana, Texas adult care facility. Ethelene was born September 9, 1932, in Cass County, Texas, to Judge and Ethel Crow. She was retired from the Bastrop, Texas Appraisal District; was a member of First Baptist Church, Atlanta as well as a member of the Linden Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star Lodge #576. Ethelene spent many of her days doing her favorite thing, reading.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Henry; son, Glenn Henry; brother, JW Crow; and her parents.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Ritha Henry Norman; grandchildren, Jonathan Henry, Tabitha Bryan, Sarah York; great-grandchildren, Lounelle, Jon, Jillian and Jasmine; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, January 21, 2024, in the Hanner Funeral Chapel with Bro. Wes Mills officiating.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 1:30 pm to 2 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.
Interment will be in Huffines Cemetery.
