At about 5:45 this morning, a Western Waste Management truck pulled into the alley behind a business at Summerhill and New Boston Road in Texarkana to empty the dumpster and did not see the homeless man who was lying asleep on the ground in front of the dumpster. The truck struck the man who died at the scene. The man has been identified as 54 year old Elzie Henson.
