Cass County now has Countywide Voting

Cass County was approved by the Texas Secretary of State for countywide voting. This means that on Election Day, a voter can vote at any polling location in the county.
There are now 3 early voting locations in Cass County: Linden, Atlanta, and Hughes Springs. A voter can vote early at any location.
Early voting in person will be held October 23-27 and October 30-November 3, Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you are 65 or older, disabled, or if you will be out of the county during early voting and Election Day, you can vote by mail. You must submit an Application for a Ballot by Mail. You can also call our office at 903 756 5071 and we can mail an application to you. OCTOBER 27 IS THE LAST DAY WE CAN ACCEPT AN APPLICATION TO VOTE BY MAIL. PARENTS: if you have college students who wish to vote by mail in the November 7 election, have them submit an application for ballot by mail now.
